SPINNING

Offers high energy workouts involving a stationary bike. Participants are led through a series of exercises through different terrains and situations encountered during real outdoor cycling. The objective of the class is to increase cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength

BODY PUMP

Using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles, while raising metabolic rate for rapid calorie burning. All the major muscles are worked in this 60 minute workout via a series of weight bearing exercises.

YOGA

A form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility, balance, relieving stress and relaxing. Yoga is part of Hindu philosophy and its aim is for complete liberation.

BODY COMBAT

An exhilarating exercise experience that delivers fitness fast. Body Combat is non combative and combines movements developed from a range of self-defence disciplines including Karate, Boxing and Tai Chi.

PILATES

A body-conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. It targets the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength, rebalancing the body, improving posture and flexibility.

CIRCUITS

A workout in which you move immediately from one exercise to another involving all the major muscle groups. Its high intensity aerobics and resistance training is designed to be easy to follow and target weight loss, muscle building and cardio fitness.

ZUMBA

A fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body, whilst maximising calorie output. We also have ‘Cherry Gold’ for beginners and over 50’s.

BUMS, TUMS & THIGHS

A fun, toning class to music targeting the stubborn areas of the thighs, buttocks and abdominals. This class is for all levels and abilities.

BODY BALANCE

A class which combines Yoga, Pilates and Strength and Flexibility training to bring you a challenging yet relaxing class. This is a low impact class which will also improve posture.

STEP AEROBICS

A form of aerobic activity which is performed on a platform and due to it being low impact makes this an interesting and challenging class. Step classes are an efficient way of increasing your aerobic fitness.

POWER HOOP

Spin your way to fitness with the fun, fabulous Power Hoop. Tone hips and thighs as well as slim your waist and flatten that tummy. A great calorie burner!

BOX FIT

A fresh and exciting class for all levels. It incorporates punch and kick combinations using gloves and pads, cardio fitness and group interation.

ADULT BALLET

This is a class that is ideal if you want to strengthen, tone and sculpt your body by using ballet and conditioning techniques.

ADULT TAP

Traditional tap moves and techniques are used so you can dance your way to fitness!

ACTIVE CLASS 50+

This is a great multiple exercise and technique class run by our gym instructors suitable for all ages. Any aliments or fitness levels can be taken into account, try anything from badminton to light resistance or cardio.

BODY CONDITIONING

This is a great class for those problem areas, combining cardio and strengthening exercises this class is a good all-rounder.

HIIT

Short classes of high intensity interval training. Each class is different and designed for high calorie loss and lots of fun!

BODY MOVES

Low impact dance fitness & strength exercises leading into sretch & relaxation. Ideal for 50+ and beginners.

STRENGTH & STRETCH

A full body strength and core conditioning class utilising a variety of exercises and equipment. This class will target every muscle group, aimed at all age groups and abilities. Followed by floor work and a full body stretch, toning, strengthening and rejuvenating the mind and body.
