Function & Meeting Room Hire

Tovil Community Centre offers meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 20 people.  Modern, light and spacious rooms allow you to host your meeting in comfort, with the benefit of free parking , free Wi-Fi access and a choice of catering packages. 

Small Meeting Room - £10.00 per hour

Large Meeting Room - £15.00 per hour

We offer a wide range of buffet / refreshments to compliment your requirements.  This can be anything from breakfast buffet to lunch and afternoon tea.  Prices range from £4.00 per head.  

Also available is a function hall that is perfect for a small family party, wedding or christening.  The hall also has a fully equipped kitchen, and parking for up to 30 cars and disabled facilities. 

Function Hall £20.00 per hour / £30.00 per hour (after 6pm weekends).  Kitchen hire is £10 (this is in addition to hall hire).
