affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable
agreements governing their use.

Maidstone YMCA website is accurate and up to date, Maidstone YMCA makes
no warranty as to the accuracy and you will accept that any and all use

- Payment for Products & Services
- All
Credit Cards will be processed in British Pounds at the time of
payment. Maidstone YMCA is not responsible for any fees, charges,
exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial
institutions or Credit Card companies.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Pre paid fitness members will be subject to a cancellation fee if less
that 24/48 hrs notice is given for any appointment depending upon the session
type.
All pre paid monthly memberships have a minimum of a three month term.
After the three month initial term, suspension and cancellation requests can be
made as detailed below by written requests to the Centre Management at the
Centre address -
The centre requires 10 (ten) days written advance notice from all members
wishing to freeze their membership. A member may freeze his or her membership
for a period of no less than 4(four)
weeks and no more than 12(twelve) weeks during a 52(fifty two) week period,
The Centre requires 30 days written advance notice from all members
wishing to cancel their membership. This date must be 30 days in advance of the
auto payment to be cancelled.
