World Custard Pie Championship 2011

Maidstone YMCA

Take part in the World Custard Pie Championships

Every year Maidstone YMCA staff volunteer their help and take part as independent teams in the World Custard Pie Championships. This year marking the opening of the New Centre we decided to put together a Maidstone YMCA team made up of staff from the reception (Ben Warner), fitness suite (Claire Hoadley & Mark Whaite) and holiday activities (Sam Smith)

.The day went very well and the Maidstone YMCA managed to get to the quarter finals, where they were taken out by The Grannies (John Trent, David Kilbey, David Elcombe and Mark Birkbeck).  It was an eventful day and enjoyed by everyone who attended.
