Hi, my name is Mark, after working in London for 6 years for an investment bank I turned my passion into a career and trained to be a Personal Trainer. I am highly enthusiastic and am here to help you in any way I can, whether that be writing a programme, giving advice or one to one Personal Training to help you reach the goals you are looking to achieve.

I believe that it is good to have a long term goal and then set achievable short term goals which eventually lead to your overall target.

As a Personal Trainer I can provide fun and motivating ways of training while introducing you to new exercises and methods, ensuring that the sessions can be fitted in to suit your lifestyle.

Background

I have had a large interest in fitness and sport for the last 10 years and enjoy exercising in the gym, running and cycling. Having studied different subjects through College and University I re-trained to be a Personal Trainer in 2010.

Interests

My passions include weight training, running, rowing, cycling and spinning.

Expertise

I enjoy all parts of training people in the gym, from beginners to experienced, including general weight loss and fitness. My particular area of expertise is building muscle, toning up and split routines.
