Q: What are the opening times?

A:

Centre Opening Times:  
   Mon-Fri  6.30am - 10.00pm
   Sat & Sun  8.00am - 6.00pm
   Bank Holidays  8.00am - 1.00pm

Q: How do I join up?

A: Just by popping in and filling in the paperwork.

Q: How long is the gym contract?

A: The contract is a minimum of 3 months, after that you just need to give 1 months notice to cancel.

Q: What is the minimun age I can join the gym?

A: You can join from 16 years and over for a full membership, we also provide a 'Y-Kidz Membership' for 12-15 year olds, this is for limited and fully supervised use of the gym.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: You can cancel this at reception.

Q: Is there a joining fee?

A: No.

Q: Are there lockers?

A: Yes. Lockers are only to be used for the duration of your training session. Maidstone YMCA is not responsible for any damage or theft to your personal property. We recommend that you do not leave any valuable items in the lockers.

Q: Are there changing facilities?

A: Yes, we provide showers, toilets, baby change, disabled toilets and disabled showers.

Q: Will I be shown how to use the equiptment?

A: yes, we provide an induction to all our pre-paid members and for our centre card members the induction costs £15.

Q: Is Personal Training avalible?

A: Yes, this is available at an additional cost either on a one-to-one or group basis.

Q: Do I have to book for a studio class?

A: Yes, you can do this at reception or over the phone.

Q: How can I book an activity in the sports hall?

A: You can do this at reception or over the phone.

Q: Do I have to book to use the 3G pitches or can I just turn up and play?

A: Yes you have to book, you can can do this at reception, over the phone or via the website. Pitches can be booked 6 days in advance. If you are not a centre member, payment is required at the time of booking.
